Allow trauma in …

Hello beautiful Souls. Today my message is about dealing with trauma and being overwhelmed.


Within our unique authentic self we are calm and find a sense of reality. When we are in the disruptive space of trauma, feeling overwhelmed, unhinged and experiencing panic we lose this connection with our own peaceful stillness within our authentic self.


We become dissociated from our individual oneness and logical thought process of reasoning. We need to allow ourselves to experience the emotion first. We will find a space to re-collaborate and re-enter a more balanced thought process with the present time and then anchor ourselves. This allows us to have a healing process that highlights how we see the situation, it maybe that we have overreacted, exaggerated or were triggered whilst in this fragile state.


With intention to ground ourselves and finding an anchor we will find it's like returning home and having a re-connection with our authenticity and regain our inner power. This feeling of mindful awareness of the logical reality of the truth takes us back to our calm form of stillness and helps us regain our peaceful thought process of reasoning.


A mind shift will occur that their are other perspectives and solutions. We re-enter taking back control knowing the trauma and chaos in our minds can be managed. Although, we now process and acknowledge the real emotion by naming it, sadness, anger, fear and so on.


It’s not about dismissing the trauma it’s about accepting it and navigating how to use the lessons and growth it’s teaching us. It’s navigating the path forward with this mindset.


We need to remind ourselves, giving ourselves permission that... once again we can continue and breathe, knowing it's only temporary! So, this too shall pass. Be gentle with yourself, speak your truth! We have to wake up EVERY morning and tell ourselves “ I CAN DO THIS!”
