Are options facts?

Writer: Avra PoelmannAvra Poelmann

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is not to allow opinions to become facts.

Is your opinion created purely from the input and information you have "down loaded" and been “force fed” or “brainwashed” through conditioned ears?

When we are young we are given lessons, teachings and guidance. We do not always decipher the truth about what we truly believe for ourselves. We are absorbing and accepting of the opinions given to us.

We may have to get to a point where we question or investigate if these opinions are in fact our own beliefs and ideals.

When we go through changes and as we have personal growth we have to question the lessons we learnt.

Opinions, are wonderful as they help us explore different points of view. If these opinions are based on life experience. We have to listen in non-judgement and with an open mind. Allowing ourselves to look at different perspectives from others can change the way we think and our opinions can change too!

Often the lessons others share makes us resonate and understand more. Don't allow your own point of view to shun others beliefs. Nor should you allow someone else’s opinion to decide or define what we should believe. It may be right, it maybe wrong or maybe simply different. Our paths are all different. Do what serves you best. You do not have to agree with the opinion of someone else.

Take time to investigate and research the facts and leave the emotional state out of an opinion to truly appreciate its value. Remember a judgment and option is a mental act of evaluation through comparison or contrast.
