Hello Beautiful Souls.
My message today is about over thinking and decision making.
We all need a space to think and make decisions carefully. We should be able to listen, process and find solutions to every challenge. When we start to go over and over a thought and then find ourselves at a "stalemate" or "stuck"state we will be bordering on over thinking and can lose sight of the real outcomes of what we were trying to achieve originally.
In order to stop over thinking and allowing yourself to not ignite unnecessary anxiety, maybe look at a decision making tools to follow.
It's important to firstly have goals, dreams and Needs. Then start to understand it as it is.
*These are the things that need to be done.
*What do you want to gain out of this?
*Decide if this goal/goals are viable and in reality, possible or doable.
*Look to see if there are any options, what can you do and explore different options and scenarios of achieving your preferred outcome.
*Decide which outcome or option is best for you.
Once you can focus on a goal, a reality and an agreed option then you have to wrap it up and set a timeline. Make a commitment to do what you say will do.
What are your next steps to enable you to bring this decision to a final point...ACTION! A goal without action is just a thought or idea. Take time to process and follow these guidelines to help you to stop over thinking and therefore making yourself more anxious.
Always ask yourself what it is you want?
:The goal. Is it possible?: The reality check. What could I do? : The options before you.
Finally, can I make this happen now?: Wrap it up and commit to doing it : ACTION! Remember to use your intuition and gut instinct to guide you too and then go for it! Believe in yourself fully. YOU GOT THIS!
