Greetings beautiful Souls. My message today is all about your energy.
Energy never dies, it just changes form. You would be quite surprised if you really take note of your energy vs others energy. We can absorb and become totally transformed by someone else's energy.
Energy is the currency of the Universe. When we allow ourselves to pay attention to someone or something, we actually make a claim to that experience. We tend to take the emotion and experience on board with the energy we absorb.
If something is upsetting us or maybe annoys us about something or someone else then it is because we are allowing ourselves to consciously focus on this negative or dramatic energy. We have to chose what we allow or not allow to influence us. If we take the attention away from something or someone the energy connection is broken.
When we emit or allow our energy to transfer negatively, we are in fact encouraging this negative energy. It will in turn reciprocate this unpleasant energy in the same manner. What we choose to focus on feeds this energy and keeps it alive. This is not just within us but the entire consciousness too.
Always choose what or who you wish to give and receive engrgy to and from. Steer well clear of energy that does not serve you well. You will know immediately that something doesn't feel right, it's time to only attract positive energy that serves you best. Keep the drama at bay.
