Fatigue

Writer: Avra PoelmannAvra Poelmann

Hello beautiful souls. My message today is about fatigue.

We all feel fatigue and tiredness at some point and so often it is more prevalent at the end of a year

Fatigue and tiredness can be caused by so many things. Primarily it could be from an inability to say no, have no boundaries or simply not stopping to smell the roses.

Whether it is emotional or physical we can reach a space of saturation and exhaustion. It may also cause extreme anxiety and depression.

Very often we will start to behave differently and express emotional states. We become unsynced and out of our normal space and place of self.

We have to acknowledge our fatigure and anxiety first and foremost to start to manage it.

We have to find the space to look at things through different eyes and a new perspective. Eg. Instead of saying "I can't wait to be on holiday" we say "I am looking forwards to be on holiday."

Positive self talk and gratitude are the essence of growth and healing. We need to be gentle on ourselves and give our state of mind respect.

Reaching out talking to someone in confidence and seeking professional support is not weakness it is the strength we have in order to be vulnerable and give over to surrender and acceptance of facing our reality. Let the past be. Live presently.

Although it's hard, face the fear of a physical or mental issues that could be causing one's state of mind it would be better to rather seek help.

May this guide you to a light of seeking fulfilling outcomes and stop the tired of being tired! Stop being tired of being tired!
