Integrity refers to the quality of being honest and having strong principles. It encompasses the consistency of actions, values, methods, measures and principles. In both personal and professional contexts, integrity involves adhering to ethical standards and being truthful, which fosters trust and respect amongst individuals and organization’s.

Keys aspects of integrity include:

“Honesty”. Being truthful in words and actions; not deceiving or misleading others.

“Accountability “ Taking responsibility for one’s actions and decisions, and being willing to accept the consequences.

“Consistency” acting in accordance with one’s values and beliefs across different situation’s, showing

reliability in behaviour and decisions making.

“Respect “ Valuing others perspectives and treating them with dignity, which is an essential component of ethical interactions.
