Learning from what we can’t control

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about when things are no longer in your control.

Mostly I think, we can only be in control of what we are in control of.

The decision to make serious changes in our lives will often come after a serious catalyst and when things are totally out of your control.

When we can no longer do or manage situations, our decisions are made so much easier and quicker. We are forced to do what we need to do in order to cope. That's called survival.

So often fear, anger, anxiety or being a people pleaser prevent us from making the decisions or taking on something that we should have done.

When we are no longer able to do something about our circumstances the answers are taken away from us and suddenly we find inner resources to make solutions.

The pivotal point and key to truly understanding what we need to change comes from recognizing our feelings.

We need to do a self inventory of our feelings. When we find out our real feelings it will be followed by real change. This is your intuition.

Welcome these feelings in and embrace them. Find out, ask questions, communicate and express how you feel about a situation, express your feelings with the people who are directly connected to this and process. If you get no solution then that is the solution ! Find acceptance and then allow the time to simply let it be. If it wasn’t meant to be so be it. No anger and no regret simply a lesson to grow to from. You will only be served what is yours. Move forward with lessons learned and new concepts and boundaries in place as not to repeat the same mistakes ! Sometimes we are forced to find the solution in what we don’t have control over!
