Self Sabotage

Hello beautiful Souls. Do you find you lack self confidence and self esteem? Do you continuously find your logical mind is in conflict with your subconscious mind?

We start to listen to that "anti-self" and critical inner voice. When we really want something so badly, yet go about making sure it doesn't happen! This is self sabotage and it's becomes a bad habit. When we continue to talk down to ourselves and have only negative thoughts.

When you would love to do something, yet you make every effort to abort the mission. You tell yourself you are not good enough before you even try. This stems from not having self love and not feeling good enough. It's not just negativity but also a place of"shut down".

Remember part of self sabotaging behaviour is a fear of not pleasing someone too. If you continue to make excuses not to “be there” for others it’s also makes them feel hurt.

By telling yourself you are not able to do something or making excuses all the time why you can't do something, you no longer need to try. It is a way you begin to protect yourself to stop and not do things. It feels safer to rather not have a unnecessary fear of failure. This self sabotage can escalate until you no longer have the need to do anything.

Perfectionism, self criticism and negative mindset all contribute to self sabotage. It's time to find what the root cause for your negativity is and lack of self worth. Start to allow yourself time to think about what you are grateful for, make small changes to do more and set achievable goals each day. Spend more time around positive people who lift your spirits.

It's time to regain your power and stop the self destruction! If you don't have success on the first attempt, then try again. Look at the lessons you learn from your experiences. It's OK to ask others for help and reach out . Make it happen!
