What we tell ourselves!

Writer: Avra PoelmannAvra Poelmann

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about the acceptance mindset and what we tell ourselves.

The person we talk to mostly is ourselves believe it or not. Most of our conversations and interactions to solutions are formed from within our subconscious.

Our healing is also a voice from within that keeps us trying to achieve, keeps us trying to improve and keeps us on a path to not just surviving l, yet also more importantly…thriving!

Self talk is our own inner power and strength to keep our heads above water and allowing us to strive for progress and success.

It is imperative that we only talk well of ourselves too,not just others. If we talk badly of ourselves we are being disrespectful to no one else but ourselves.

We can’t always change the situations we face, yet we can change how we respond and find an acceptance mindset that allows us to make peace, that it is what it is. Mostly we have to realise that almost every situation is only temporary and this too shall pass. We can learn to rationalize the situation to make less about our emotions.

Even if we are experiencing physical symptoms and pain are mindset can get us through this and be the reason we heal too. Our minds are the most destructive or constructive tool in facing daily challenges and struggles.

Think it , feel it and heal it.
