Moving from surviving to thriving!

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is learning to move from survival mode to thrival mode.


Are you just surviving, struggling to keep your head above water in this complex, uncertain world—especially after the turmoil of recent years of Covid aftermath and the wars globally or even while dealing with trauma? Many folks only exist, not truly living.


To shift your mindset here are some tools:


1. Stay Present: Live in the 'NOW' to create a better headspace. Deal with the present challenges and not the “what if” scenario.


2. Practice Self-Care: Give yourself permission to prioritize your well-being and make healthy changes. This affirms your worth.


3. Embrace Joy: Life's too short to merely survive. Create happiness—it costs no money. Take time to smile, rest, be grateful, and spend time in nature.


4. Daily Check-In: Re-assess your needs, goals, and dreams daily. Focus on today's challenges; don't try to solve tomorrow's problems. Take action on your goals to feel worthwhile again.


5. Even if you practice to live in the NOW you still need some goals, desires and something to motivate the journey going forward. Create a doable and possible goal to work towards that brings you a reward and brings you joy too!


Remember “The Power of Perspective”

Your struggles don't necessarily make you stronger; they merely force you to fight harder and hopefully gain wisdom from the lessons they leave with you. Change your mindset and shift from surviving to thriving!


Knowledge from courses and books are useless without consistent practice of action and commitment. Make the choice today to help YOURSELF. Only you can do the work.
