Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is that I believe that one doesn't simply have this inner world; you live it, and in doing so, you embody your very own quiet wisdom.
The Wisdom of the Deep Heart
Walk the talk of Wisdom!
The journey to a truly rich life is not found on the surface; it’s a commitment to depth. I have learned that the things that truly nourish the soul are not new or fleeting; they are the timeless familiar constants. It’s the ability to find acceptance and try to stop assumptions, judgement and comparisons. It’s living a life with an attitude of gratitude.
Our wisdom begins with the relentless pursuit of authenticity. To value genuine kindness and compassion because they are not mere pleasantries—they are the most difficult and rewarding choices we can make. They are the foundation upon which true connection is built. Seek out the rawness in others and in yourself; it is where pretense ends and the real self finally begins to breathe.
We find our own anchors and these are mostly lessons in the past: the revisited introspective of the solid, comforting weight like that of old books. It’s the need to find growth and the rhythmic, lasting truth found in our own analogy, the “poetry and passion for writing”. The story must be told. It is saying it out loud “I am heard and I am listening to my very own voice.”
These are not escapism, more maps. They inform and offer curiosity and question the great conversations of the present, those deep conversations that can hurt and also teach us the values and principles. Some are more lessons and aim straight for the soul connection we all fundamentally crave.
Intimacy, I have found, is not just proximity; it is the courage to be fully seen and understood. Yet, a life weighed down only by sincere heartfelt meaning can become brittle… maybe making us a little fragile even?
The greatest wisdom is to remember that the profound and the playful are not enemies; they are partners. You must inject your deep life with humor and fun. Laughter is the perfect solvent for worrisome anxiety or angst; it’s the light that makes the shadows of a heavy thought bearable. It allows the deep heart to be both heavy with feeling and light with joy.
The genuine life is a balancing act: anchored in timeless truth, soaring with lighthearted joy. Embrace both, and you will find your richest self. A vulnerability that gives us permission to find new opportunities. We are needing and wanting all the time, we have to learn to only do what serves us best.
What aspect of this wisdom—the search for depth, or the need for humor—feels most vital for you right now? Are you hearing your own narrative? Listen more to your inner self and trust your own answers for each of us has our own unique journey. Live , laugh , love always. 💕🙏🏻
