How to know the difference between what you are feeling and what you are thinking!

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about the difference between thinking and feelings.

How do we distinguish the difference between our thinking and our feelings? It is really not that complicated.

Feelings are based on our emotions, internal core values, and the inner "knowing" or intuition. These are not changeable or insincere or outside influences. This is our gut instinct.

Thinking is based on our thoughts from external factors and manipulation of our thinking. Thinking can be changeable and unpredictable, and the making assumptions. This is depending on the circumstances and outside influences.

When wanting to make sure that you are making good decisions. Always try first remove the emotional component and look at the challenged at hand instead.

Make a choice to look at the different perspectives, namely yours, someone else's and a birds eye view of the situation.

Our answers are all from within. Listen to what your gut is telling you?

If you need help to navigate this kind of challenge, contact me for an online session to assist you to adjust your mindset and find your answers within.
