What can you do? What are you not in control of?

Hello beautiful Souls. My message today is about when things are no longer in your control.

Mostly I think, we can only be in control of what we are in control of.

The decision to make serious changes in our lives will often come after a serious catalyst and when things are totally out of your control.

When we can no longer do or manage situations, our decisions are made so much easier and quicker. We are forced to do what we need to do in order to cope. That's called survival.

So often fear, anger, anxiety or being a people pleaser prevent us from making the decisions or taking on something that we should have done.

When we are no longer able to do something about our circumstances the answers are taken away from us and suddenly we find inner resources to make solutions.

The pivotal point and key to truly understanding what we need to change comes from recognizing our feelings.

We need to do a self inventory of our feelings. When we find out our real feelings it will be followed by real change. This is your intuition. Welcome these feelings in and embrace them. Fund acceptance and let it be.
