Emotions vs facts

Hello beautiful Souls! Today's message is about emotions and feelings.


Something we all need to remember is that our emotions are neither good or bad, right or wrong. Feelings, are simply what they are. They sort of just dam well exist, that's what makes us human. Analysing or judging your emotions won't necessarily make us feel any better. In fact over thinking can make for more chaos.


We have to get to a point where we realise that all these emotional feelings do not stay forever, they will pass. Allowing it simply to be, now, in the present moment, not something that is a life sentence. It is difficult and challenging for now. This will change with time, action and circumstances.


We have to process what we are feeling and allow those feeling in. Sit with them, then look at the challenge without the emotional side. In order to do that we need to find tools to help us.


*Find gratitude in the situation.

*Then find the real facts. Don't allow these emotions to feel like they are your truth!

*We allow our feelings to cloud our thinking. So just allow it and let it be. *Allow yourself the opportunity to see things from someone/some other perspective.

*Ask ourselves what is it teaching us.

*What are we are learning?

*What can be do differently positively?

*Do not suppress the feeling, allow it to “come in” accept your emotion and then procees it is real and not allowing it to define you.


Navigate the best way to travel forwards with your hurts and trauma in acceptance that it as done yet did happen.


When we try over think our emotions, life becomes complicated. Let it be.... and it will become exactly what it is... A passing feeling... as a result of something that upset us. If we can sit with it for a while, often is not something permanent.


It may take a while for the situation to change. If we apply the action to address the actual challenge/issue instead of the personal aspect of our emotions, we will often find that this emotion will pass.


It is valid to be aware and always try to remember, however, just how important it is, to allow ourselves to take heed of gut feelings. So often there is a message or a form of guidance in a gut feeling.


This is not an only just an emotion but so often the right path to follow. Intuitive messages are the essence of our being. Knowing just.... knowing it is right!
