Hello Beautiful Souls. Today my message is about inner strength.
Many of us have had to endure extreme pain, suffering, loss and hardships in life. Some have had to live with complicated PTSD (post traumatic stress Disorder) Some have had their lives severely compromised and live with fear and anxiety. Some people have had assistance and support and some have had therapy to help them help themselves. Some people re-direct their pain in other forms, whether this is creative or artistic like art or crafts, or whether this is spiritual like meditation or athletic like exercise or gyming. Some people need animals, nature or music to heal and cope.
We all have a unique way of dealing with stress and trauma. We learn to use these tools to assist us best in order to cope. Some people are still not able to rid themselves of their personal anguish and suffering. Some people are in denial or unable to see that there may be deep seated damage that they never dealt with. These people allow fear to define their very being.
No matter where you are on the spectrum of feeling functional or maybe feeling like you are falling. We all have some inner strength that just kicks in when we need it most. When things get tough we seem to just get stronger. We are tenacious and resourceful in order to survive and also to thrive !
I extend a huge shout out to all those who just got stronger! You can do this, you will survive and conquer.... You are a warrior... Keep healing and keep reaching for the light!
